Sarah founded Light House Station in Warsaw, New York, in 2015. She has 15 years of experience counseling teens and serves on the NCHC Board since 2021.

Amber Hornsby
Amber has a degree in Social Work and has been serving for 15+ years in the US and internationally in human resources and service projects. Her prior work experiences have developed her current skill sets to work with people across demographics relationally and administratively. Amber’s role within ESTHER Homes is not only administrative, but she works directly + lives with the families to map out and research different resource options that best meet their direct needs.
Meghan DeLuca
Meghan DeLuca was born and raised in South Florida where she and her husband raised their three children. After more than 20 years in commercial property management, development, and association management, Meghan’s role as a board member of Lifeline Family Center transitioned to a calling as the successor to the Founder. Her first call of duty as the organization’s President and Executive Director was to tackle a complete rebranding of Lifeline Family Center – now known as Thrive. Meghan has lead Thrive to become the safe haven for pregnant women and single mothers in Southwest Florida. She is dedicated and invested in the success of those she serves and recognized by her peers as shown by the organization’s latest honor – 2022 Nonprofit of the Year -- presented by The Community Foundation ENPY awards.
Stephanie Fears
Stephanie Fears is the founder and executive director of Mercy Manor. She has over 15 years experience in the pregnancy help movement. During her time as director, she has developed 4 major programs under the Mercy Manor umbrella: 1) Residential Program Ministry Home for minors (13-18) in crisis pregnancy, 2) Non-Residential Community Program for anyone / any age experiencing a crisis pregnancy, 3) Born Again Thrift Store Job Skills Training and Work Program, 4) Risk Avoidance Program.
